POWDER KING ROCKS!!

Right now I'm snuggled up in my bed nursing my very tired and sore body. I just came back from an epic snowboarding trip in Powder King! Which is the awesomest mountain ever! It was great I went for 2 days and had a blast. The powder was decent and the weather was beautiful. I was able to hit some wicked jumps and land them, board off trail in the heavy powder(which is my favorite) and actually keep up to the 4 guys I went with. All in all the trip was a super success! I love boarding so much and get butterflies just thinking about it again. I wanna pack my bags and go again right this second. Only down fall was that I broke one of my bindings. But I'm gonna try and get it fixed before coming home. Our beautiful fridge @ the hotel!





We had quite the adventure on the way there though. I swear we were characters in a typical horror movie! As we were driving we passed a truck on the side of the road that was in flames! We pulled over and jumped out to see what was up. No one was in the truck and there was no sign of anyone around it. CREEPY. So after we made sure everything was under control we hopped back into our truck and continued on. As we drove on our imaginations started to run wild. What happened to the person in the truck? Did someone murder him and burn the evidence? Was there a serial killer on the lose? Did he just use the truck as bait to make us stop so he could get us? Did he jump into the back of our truck when we were not looking? As all these crazy questions were running through our heads we came to 3 police cars blocking the road. We pulled up to them and they asked to see Martin's drivers license. After examining it they let us by. This got us thinking..........Why did they wanna see that? They must be looking for someone. As serial killer perhaps....... Well it don't know what was really happening but we made it to Mackenzie safe and sound and never ran onto a killer. Thank God our night didn't end like a typical horror movie and we were still alive in the morning to enjoy boarding. LOL
Well I'm having a great time at home and am sad that it is coming to an end so soon. It went so fast but I'm excited to for whats next in the new year. Happy 2007 to everyone, Love to All!
